This is an all day event ! The building process can be overwhelming for new or experienced homebuyers. I Let's make it easy and fun This process is seperate from decor and furniture , lighting etc... This is a consultation with your builder to select all the hard surfaces in your new home. We will walk you through and explain every selection for your home with you and the builder in their showroom to make sure you are making the right choices for the look you want for years to come. We'll meet with your builder to go over your options for upgrades and allowances of your selections I guide you through every step of the way! This can take up to a full day sometimes bring a snack and let's do this This is for a full day's work which is based on an 8 hour work day.
