Developing the design is placing the pieces of the puzzle together.

Contract Documentation

This the part of the design process that outlines our working relationship with you. This assists with avoiding misunderstandings by negotiating the details of your project by putting them in writing.

Contract Administration

This is the part of the design process where we obtain bids from contractors and vendors who will provide products and services to implement the design in the space being addressed. This is also where we negotiate pricing with quality of work in order to stay in the buget guidelines.
